FINA Documents
Commencing on 1st October 2005 ASA Racing Technical Rules will incorporate FINA Rules. This change has been introduced in order to provide athletes competing throughout Great Britain and beyond with a common set of rules under which they compete. The following guidelines are provided to assist all participants in the sport in applying the rules in a manner that is safe, consistent and fair to all athletes at all levels of ability.

London Swimming Documents
London Swimming runs Championships at regional level and relies on counties (Middlesex, Essex, Surrey and Kent) and clubs to provide the next layers of competition. Those competing at the London Championships can post times to qualify for National events. London also has a coaching forum which pulls together the lead coaches in Swim 21 Clubs who are producing swimmers at national level to make sure the opportunties offered are 'coach led and athlete centred'.
