For each Beckenham Swimming club role there is a Good Club Guide booklet available that can be downloaded from the ASA website in a PDF format.  The booklet provides:

  • A guide to the roles and responsibilities of this position
  • Templates/resources to assist you and save you time
  • Top tips and good practice from experienced volunteers
  • Further information and learning/ training opportunities

The information within these guides has been compiled and reviewed by aquatic volunteers who are knowledgeable and experienced within these roles. The Good Club Guides have been created to support the ASA’s Club Development programme swim21. They are intended to complement swim21, by providing tools, templates and resources that will assist the running of a club, and ultimately assist in working towards or maintaining swim21 accreditation.
