 Qualifying Times (QTs)
Whilst Qualifying Times (QTs) are the mechanism to enable event organisers to control the number of people accepted for an event, they are often used by coaches and seen by parents as an achievement of a standard.

Information on Qualifying Times
All Qualifying Times from National down to County (e.g. Kent) are based on the previous years entries. If the QT is too easy then far too many swimmers can compete - if it is too hard then the reverse is true. Find below the qualifying times required for Kent County, London Region (which includes the Southern Counties of Middlesex, Essex, Surrey and Kent) and National times.
