Finding what you want or need to know on the internet can be a hit or miss proposition. Search engines are great research tools. But there's a lot of content out there, and the more specific your search terms are, the better your search results. If you are interested in a broad topic, such as 'Swimming', a search engine returns so much that you really don't know where to start. That's where this webpage comes in, we are always open to investigating and adding new links to sites, please send your suggestions to the webmaster.

The Olympic aquatics centre promised for Stratford in East London (regardless of the 2012 bid result) would still leave London two or three 50m pools short.
In addition to the main 50m competition pool and the diving pool, there is a small teaching pool and a 25m warm-water pool which are much used by schools and for parent-and-child classes.
Crystal Palace Pool facilities are run-down and currently undergoing much needed refurbishment, there is a London Pools Campaign to sustain investment in the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. |
